A Word from Some Happy Customers

...Just a short note to thank-you very much for all you did in October for Anna's wedding - not just make-up and nails, but also your invaluable assistance with the bridesmaids dress! No-one noticed and we all had a fantastic day. Thanks again for all your help.

...Sylvia came into my life at a point when I had just come out of a 20 year marriage feeling very low & frumpy.....I invited her to my home whereby she promptly rampaged through my wardrobe discarding all the frumpy, dull clothes that I had become attached to....& that was the best day of my life! She showed me that I could actually wear colour and what a difference that has made to me. I now feel vibrant & alive when I wear the colours that Sylvia advised me to wear....she's an absolute star!
Sylvia has brought colour & confidence into my life that I thought I had lost forever. She has shown me how to make the most of my assets & instead of feeling drab & unnoticed I now feel full of confidence.

What a difference you have made to my make up! I feel so confident & have had many comments on how good I look...

I just wanted to say a big thank you for your time & patience & your skills today. I learnt a lot and I think I have a better idea of how to improve my appearance. I will certainly make an effort to experiment and 'play around' with ideas you have given me. I thought you were excellent in the way you managed to work within quite difficult parameters and the tact and diplomacy you showed while still being honest and helpful.
...write & say thank you for the wonderful contribution you made to my 50th birthday celebrations.
From the outset you were so accomodating & helpful & the 'pamper evening' was really enjoyable - we all had such a lovely time & I am so grateful for all you did to help make it so perfect for not only me, but all the 'girls'.

.I had a moment out of a busy world to write a few thoughts, about my recent Colour Analysis with you.
I Had a wonderful time, being draped in such a variety of colours, which clearly told me whether or not they were appropriate & flattering to my skin tones. We had fun & laughter, I had shocks & surprises & learnt new ways with make up, that I am still continuing to apply, that are fresher & much brighter than those I had been using.
My husband's response as I walked through the door was 'WOW! You look younger & fresher. It's brightened you up!!!

Hi Sylvia I just wanted to say thank you for an excellent lesson on Sunday. It has really opened my eyes (literally!) and made me think a lot more about how and what I wear. I have had a practice today and think it looks pretty good. I am going for my dress fitting shortly so it will be good to see it with the dress. I spent a fortune in Boots on the way to the airport! I really appreciate your time, especially on a Sunday, so thank you again. With kind regards

Dear Sylvia,
Josie’s wedding party – 15th August
I have been waiting for the opportunity to sit down and write a few letters and have at last found an hour or so clear. So, can I say a huge thank you for the wonderful make up service you provided for Josie and her bridesmaids and I on the 15th August. All the girls looked fantastic and you managed to make me look and feel years younger!

From a little conversation with each of us you seemed to have understood each of the girls’ personalities and to interpret that in their individual make up style, which produced a group of equally lovely but individual young women. And with your easy conversational manner and some make up tips thrown in, we all felt we’d known you for years after just a few hours!

One of Josie’s bridesmaids said afterwards that all her friends (and lots of them attended the wedding) said she looked ‘a real lady’ on the day and above all beautiful – she was so delighted she almost cried, as she doesn’t often regard herself as showing either of those qualities. I think it’s a great tribute to your skills that you can make people look and feel that good.

Many, many thanks again from all of us. Kind regards, Helen Spence
